Munir Jaʻfari's birth certificate
Munir Jaʻfari Hiravi; the daughter of Saltanat and Amin Allah, born in 1921 [or 1922] in Mashhad, wife of Husayn Masʻudi Khurasani (born in July 5, 1920), who lives in Dalan Mustawfi alley, in the Sarshur district of Mashhad. Based on the bylaws' 114th clause, the title Khanum was removed from the name of owner of the identification card. The titles "Mirza Khan" and "Khanum" were also removed from her parents' names.
